MELINDA KRYNEN HILL, MED, MPH

Senior Trainer

 Melinda Krynen Hill has a dynamic and comprehensive background in psychotherapy and mindfulness. Her psychotherapy practice specializes in mindful approaches for rehabilitation and she runs workplace mindfulness and compassion-based initiatives to health care centres and large corporations, most recently including: the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, Toronto-Dominion Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, The Mindfulness Clinic, and the Canadian Fabry Association. Melinda has studied and facilitated Mindfulness Based Interventions including MBCT, MBSR and MSC and is a trained facilitator in the Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM) Program through the NeuroNova Centre for Mindful Solutions. 

In addition to obtaining a Masters of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto, Melinda holds a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Alberta. She previously worked for both the University Health Network and the University of Toronto in health promotion program planning, implementation and evaluation. Personally, Melinda has been practicing Mindfulness Meditation for over 8 years.
