Michele Milan has spent 20 years in leadership development designing and delivering leadership and governance programs for governments, corporations and organizations around the world. Michele served on the board of UNICON, the global consortium of University-based Executive Education providers, the Evanta CFO, CIO and CHRO Summits and currently serves on the Advisory Board of A Mindful Society. As Chief Executive Officer for Executive Programs at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, Michele was a member of the Dean’s Senior Leadership Team for the School and was responsible for a unit that designed and delivered over 100 non-degree custom and open-enrolment educational programs per year for senior executives, global corporations, all levels of government, and a wide variety of public and not-for-profit organizations. A long-time practitioner of mindfulness, Michele was integral in introducing mindfulness and emotional intelligence into executive training at Rotman.
